Strawberry and Raspberry Crumble

I took this recipe off this website, but I slightly altered it. It's super delicious and especially good when you've gone on a pick your own spree!

Filling:
300g raspberries
300g strawberries
2 tablespoons golden caster sugar

Crumble:
225g plain flour
110g butter
75g golden caster sugar in small cubes

Preheat oven to gas 4/350F/180C.

Wash the strawberries and raspberries, then chop the strawberries in half.
Place all the strawberries and raspberries in a layer on the bottom of your dish.

Sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of sugar.
In a bowl, weigh out the flour, then the sugar, then add the butter.

Mix this all together with your fingers, rubbing the butter into the flour and sugar.
Don't stop until you've got a mixture that resembles breadcrumbs.
When you're done, sprinkle it over the raspberries and strawberries in an even layer.
Put it in the oven for 40 minutes, and the top should be nice and golden.
Particularly good with ice cream and cream. Obviously.
